Positive: I was at the hotel when they had a huge residential conference on - there wasn't a free room in the hotel. The staff coped excellently. The only problem was a queue for the coffee machine at breakfast the first morning and by the second morning they'd got staff walking round with coffee pots! Nice clean room, good location by the beach, choice of outdoor pools and small indoor pool and gym. Restaurant evening meals were very good quality and served quickly and efficiently. Check in and check out was very efficient.

Negative: I would have liked a little more choice on the dinner menu. Breakfast was fine, with a reasonable choice, but you had to hunt around for everything and access to coffee/tea was limited to a single machine on the first day.

Recommend that the hotel offer a basic car wash service as my hire car was totally covered by bird droppings on several occasions. A bucket of water and 5 minutes with a cloth would have made a lot of difference. Perhaps a few discreet notices around the car park offering the service? Especially under the offending trees!!!!

Positive: Actually on the beach. Just walk from breakfast a few steps and relax on one of the sun beds provided by the hotel. Goods grounds and facilities

Negative: Hotel room dividing walls are too thin! You can hear pretty much everything that goes on in the adjourning rooms! I had to resort to wearing ear plugs in order to get to sleep at night because I could hear people talking, watching televisions or even walking about the rooms. When refurbishing the rooms next, please consider placing a layer of sound proofing material on the walls and replacing the doors between rooms with much heavier doors to reduce the noise. This would not be a major task but it would make a considerable difference to the comfort of your guests. This is the second time I have stayed in your hotel and I will consider staying again but please investigate what you can do to reduce the noise filtering in from the adjourning rooms.

Outside: Several restaurants/shops within easy walking distance but really recommend a hire car as you need to be able to go further afield to explore the island. Not too many things to do near the hotel but the hotel offers a good range of beach activities that should suit most people.
