Positive: We had a room to the back so no noise at all. Very clean and nice. Also good for the free WIFI. Also, keep the price of the brakfast as low as it was 7,50. If it was 13 I will not have breakfast in there.

Negative: Or the reception for the TV is bad or it's the antenna. Should be improved. For the rest, perfect

Positive: Breakfast was great, good selection to suit all needs, staff very helpful

Negative: Room was dark couldn't open curtains as you looked directly into another room Room was too hot and corridor was very noisy at night

Negative: The room was far to small, we could only just open our case. No desk or flat area, no drawers. Double glazing did not stop sound of street in morning, floor of bathroom was cracked and broken so contained dirt. Toilet flushed every ten minutes all night. School group was in hotel so restaurant not available and bar food poor and expensive. NOT a 3 star hotel, an average 2 star

Positive: Clean room, excelent location besides Plaza Mayor, helpfull staff, good air conditioning, car parking (althoug it was not so close to hotel and paid), good price for internet conection.

Negative: Nothing really relevant. Great hotel considering price-quality ratio.

Outside: Besides Plaza Mayor, close to hystorical points, easy access to all city.

Tea and coffee making facilities in our room would have been good. Otherwise a decent hotel with friendly reception staff conveniently placed for access to the city.
