Positive: Excellent quality. Very friendly and helpful staff, the whole place exudes professionalism and devotion to good service. Pleasant rooms, quite luxuriously appointed.

Outside: Very near to Avenue Louise, Brussels' most exclusive shopping street, but also to countless restaurants with different cuisines (Lebanese, Thai, but also classical Belgian).

Positive: Very welcoming staff who did their utmost to help us. They weren't very knowledgeable about transport to the University but I don't expect they are asked very often

Negative: No access to food on Sunday night. This was actually very annoying. I had had an early start and a meeting which went on until 9pm. I came back and thought I'd order a room service meal to find that there were no meals available. I don't think this is good enough for a four star hotel.

Outside: We had an excellent coffee and cake at a patisserie opposite the hotel on the other side of Avenue Louise; the Horta House; shp window gazing in Avenue Louise.
