this hotel needs more qualified management the dining facilities could be compared with Faulty Towers we were only there for 4 nights the 1st night the food was dried up and for our last breakfast we only had bread and jam as there was no food left. I have never been in a hotel like it. we bought a bottle of wine and were given an open one that was not full we had to take it back. The bar staff would not serve us untill all the spanish people had been served even though they had come to the bar after us. The rooms were very nice. the hotel was a little far out from any where about a half hour walk to the beach but this was ok as it had a nice town to walk through. There was very little information about where to go we had to go to the tourist imformation centre who told us where the bus station etc where this imformation should be availabe at the reception but it was't. Although there was these problems we still had a good holiday.

room allocated at a quiet time of the season could have been better ie over looking the swimming pool, not overlooking the adjacent hotel construction site.Breakfast could have consisted of warm food ie eggs, bacon.Adjacent bank staff on complex were most unfriendly.

We had no maid service for 5 days and when we asked about how to dispose of the rubbish in the bin we were told to empty it in the large bin situated outside the gate on the main road!!!!when we asked about linen and towels as we had received none we were told that we had only been booked in for 1 night ,we had been seen entering and leaving for 6 days so why were we not questioned if we were not supposed to be there?The complex was almost empty so we could hardly have been missed in the crowd!!!We were told that the manager wished to see us and when we went to see him at the arranged time we were told it was all OK but no apology was given,we received maid service after this but we feel that we should have been given an apology at the very least,apart from that the only complaint we have is that English programes were not obtainable on the very nice large television and with a 12 and 15 year old to keep amused while getting ready to go out the television would have been very useful.We cannot comment on the hotel facilities as when we were on the premises everything was closed so we did not get the opportunity to use them apart from the outside pool which the children used one 1 occasion.

We were disapointed that we could not get CNN news or any other chanel that was translated in ENGLISH, we have stayed in 2 other hotels in that town, 1 of them was a 3star

need more entertainment, kettle in the rooms, would of been nice if the children could of gone into the indoor pool, All of the staff were very friendly and helpfull and kind, would love to come back again.

Although the apartment was very nice and modern, the beds were incredibly firm / hard - to the point of being uncomfortable. TV channels were only Spanish - no MTV or english CNN / Sky.

Positive: The all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool was great fun. Evening meals were lovely. The apartment was nicely decorated.
Negative: The utensils in the kitchen could be better. We stayed for 5 nights and did not get a change of towels in that time, despite asking. The day time food could be better.

Positive: Nice, clean atmosphere. Staff were friendly professional, helpful and polite.
Negative: Not much entertainment, the gym, steam room, sauna, spa and resturant were all closed, therefore we had to walk up into the town centre to get meals and find activites.
Outside: Nothing, everything is at least a 20 minute walk.
