Negative: What we really missed was a sharp knife. And I the fact that we had 2 pay seperatetly for cleaning the appartmant.

Positive: We stayed for just two days at the end our holiday and wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was beautiful with a superb view from the balcony. We stayed half board and we were extremely impressed by the food offered. The activities available for the children (tues-Sat) are varied and enjoyable, our two thoroughly enjoyed playing with all their new Spanish friends. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough. We will be going back again as two days was not long enough.

Negative: No tea or coffee making facilities in the room although everything else has been provided.

Outside: The hotel is entertaining enough but you are close to so many places including Alicante. Benidorm, and all the theme parks and national parks. The hotel will book everything for you as well. You will not be bored.
