Positive: very friendly staff, located close to the train station and Ilford shopping facilities

Negative: the room was very small, not sure if this counts for all rooms and the room was rather dark

Positive: Wonderful and friendly staff. Nice touches such as cold juice upon arrival, large tv in room, fully stocked tea and coffee in room, and cute little toiletries with funny phrases on them! Very nice and quiet (and we stayed on St. Patrick's Weekend!) in an easy to get to location via tube and train and serviced by night buses (though it's a long journey on the night bus!). Great value for money. The room was small but had everything we needed and was very clean and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was fine. The hot food wasn't appealing but nice cereal, fruit, juice, yogurts, toast etc. Would definitely stay there again.
