Positive: I liked that there was fresh towels, etc outside your door every day even when you had the do not disturb sign out. Also, liked the layout of the bathroom and availability of takeaway options for guests of the hotel. the Sainsbury's across the lot was great as well.

Negative: initial contact with staff was rude. very outdated decor and amenities (if you can call a tv and amenity). food was mediocre, water never got really hot in showers and there should be a way to keep the heat on in the room so that its not FREEZING everytime you return and you must wait ages for it to warm up!
